What should I receive after booking the courses?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking and a receipt by email. Please keep this safe as you may need it for reimbursement or tax purposes.
Where do I find the timetable?
The course timetable is available online. Go to ‘courses' from the main menu and then click on the course. A timetable will also be given to you at registration on the day of the course.
Do I receive any course material?
You will receive the course pack at registration. The pre-course questions will be emailed to you 4 weeks prior to the course.
How can I get a certificate of attendance?
You will receive a certificate of attendance on the day of the course.
Where is the venue for the course?
Go to ‘Venue' from the main menu and on this page you will find the details of the venue and directions by car, railway and bus.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is smart casual.
Will lunch be provided?
Yes, all our courses include refreshments throughout the day and a lunch buffet. You will be asked about your dietary requirements and allergies when booking the course.
What is the refund policy?
We hope that you will not have to cancel the course but in the event that you do then £15 will be non-refundable due to administration costs. The remaining amount will be refunded if you give more than 4 weeks notice. If you give less than 4 weeks notice then a refund will only be provided if we can fill your place.
